They just open the restaurant after 2 months of refurbishment so ignore the previous review please. So my favourite restaurant in town open back again

First time in a Kurdish restaurant. Warm and friendly welcome, place looks nice and clean, very spacious. You get free appetisers (a delicious lentil soup, naan bread, trio of dips and a salad). We ordered 3 different dishes plus a taboule salad and everything was delicious. Big portions, we couldn't finish them and they kindly gave us take away containers. To end an amazing meal, we got free tea and baklaba. Very reasonable prices and no service charge added, which is a bonus. We will definitely come back and recommend to family and friends.- Meal type

I think you ordered £5 meal unfortunately, that does not come with salad and hums . You get complimentary salad and hums when you chose from the main course side. Salad and hums coast £11 but you paid for a meal which was £5. I bought one ice cream for my child coast £6,50 a sandwich down the shop is £9 .

There is a wonderful selection of grilled meats, stews, and rice dishes, with portion sizes to satisfy mighty appetites. All served up in reasonable time for freshly cooked fare, and with the usual polite and courteous middle eastern hospitality. Even after dining at some of london’s most iconic restaurants including michelin starred ones, this unassuming humble restaurant is top of my list for generous portions of authentic delicious food.
